    Rang my dealer yesterday to see if we could bypass the finance system. Unfortunately, I've got a good price so the dealer needs the deposit contribution. The dealer's as frustrated and fed up as I am. It's as though Audi don't want to sell their cars.

    Just ridiculous again from Audi. The dealers have cars on their premises they can't sell. I'll ask my dealer on Monday if I can jusy buy the car outright, if the deposit contribution can still be made. Audi's organisation as a company is looking more ridiculous by the day.

    My dealer tells me that DVLA clearance looks scheduled for Friday 20th Dec. Probably look to take the car in the New Year as I am retaining my reg. Also, I am now due a phone call from Audi UK. They just need to be aware of how pathetic their Customer Relations is.

    Below is the reply, which to me indicates how little customer relations matter. It would take little effort to keep buyers updated with the WLTP progress. To then stop the App updates, and then be told to use it beggars belief. Thank you for contacting Audi UK. Due to the new testing...

    So my email to Audi resulted in a generic response. No individual points were answered. Advised to use the App which hasn't been updated for weeks. My contempt for Audi's customer relations is complete.
