I have heard that after a long drive that its best to leave the engine running for a couple of minutes after stopping before tuning the engine off to avoid any potential heat damage to the engine. Is this "Good practice" in the turbo world? If this is the case then what would everyone...

Thanks for the info. I will order the extention cable but try the IPhone on its own again. Im presuming the previous owner must have kept all the different adapters as i seem to only have the one thats fitted.

Having just bought an '07 S3 i was pleased to find that it had an IPod connection. I have an IPhone 3GS and wondered if anyone on here uses theirs successfully?. None of the attachments fits the IPhone but you can get hold of a "Dock extention cable" from the U.S which looks like it might work...
