Anyone got a front arb for a3 year 98 1.8 sport?

where do people get or search for parts for there Audi a3 or s3? im talking like from a simple bolt holding down plastic trim, to your normal disc,pads,sensors ect.

anyone know if this comes apart? how the glass comes out ect? or can it not be done?
