I fitted the xtrons 4GB unit to the wife’s A3 cabby, I’m impressed, easy to fit and the wireless CarPlay is spot on.

The xtrons unit does look a lot better being flush, my other option is a branded non android unit, as I will be connecting and using an iPhone with it, so only really need CarPlay.

I’m looking at the same units as you, there’s a YouTube user called Saab Unleashed, who has quite a few videos on the android head units including the new teyes cc3 4k unit, which he raves about.

Hi, I've got an intermittent issue with the door lock on the wifes cabby, the key fob unlocks the doors and the window drops as it should but the door wont open using the outer handle, if I then use the key to unlock the door, the door opens fine, any ideas? Cheers Gary

I need to protect my back seats in my A4 cabby, my boxer puppy is growing quickly and I cannot have her scratching my leather seats, so I'm looking for rear seat covers and possibly something to protect the interior rear cards as well, I can't use a hammock style cover as my daughter still needs...

Thanks for all the replies lol, I done a bit of investigating and found the problem, someone has forced a 10p piece in the gap in the metal hinge area of the folding seat, took me ages to get it out, someone must have forced it in there.

I have an annoying rattle coming from my passenger seat in my A4 cabby, when no one is sitting on it, if I keep hold of the seat back it stops the noise, does anyone know if there is a fix for this? Cheers Gary

My s line cab has the gsm phone prep with bluetooth, does this come with the voice control option? I have got my iphone 4 connected but when I press the voice control button on the steering wheel I get a No Funct message. Cheers Gary

Hello all, I am considering buying an 07 plate A4 2.0tdi 170 cabby and mainly only do short journeys with a mixture of town and motorway, I have read quite a bit about dpf issues and am wondering if this car would have a dpf fitted.

I parked my car in the garage the other day and when I turned the engine off I noticed a noise coming from the dash, it seems to be coming from behind the vents and sounds like a cd changer, the noise seems to be constantly there now, even when I'm driving? Any ideas? Cheers Gary
