@Scott .. its a brand new flywheel i noticed that it drives perfectly fine when cold, nice and smooth with no funny noises or vibratoins.. as soon as it gets up to temp the judder/rattle starts when pulling away/moving off from a standstill

yea it happens sometimes in first from a standstill .. can get round it mostly by adding a few extra revs, and yes an incline exacerbates the issue guess i will just have to see what happens, priority now is getting the car re-re-mapped after jabba messed things up a while back

its more of a slight judder at take off, no other symptoms as of yet.. clutch was fitted by a vw master-tech so should have been done right, only done a hundred or so miles since i guess they may have used the release bearing that was fitted from the ecs kit which had only done a few thousand miles

Hi Recently had a sachs 4 paddle clutch plate fitted with a dmfw (with uprated p/plate from ecs stage 3 kit) and seems to be a bit juddery at times.. anyone know if this is 'normal' ?

I have run 19x9.5 with 225/35/19 tyres on the front with an et of around 25 and 19x10.5 on the back with a 255/30/19 tyre and an et of around 20 .. no rubbing even on full lock and slammed on coilies I did try a 215 tyre on the front so the wheel could be spaced out another 5mm but it was too...

Hello BT S3 was mapped by Jabba who supplied and fitted 450 injectors worked out they were too small as car would not go past 5k rpm under load now 630 injectors installed and all is well .. just wondering, do i need another full mapping session or just a tweek here and there ?

temperature issue now sorted .. turned out the cause was a crappy cts, unbranded with no part numbers .. was consistently reading 10 degrees too low

I wouldnt go wider on the tyres if you are planning on slamming it, if the fronts rub on the arches it can cause big problems cornering at higher speeds
