Can anyone please help me. I have just put a new fly wheel kit, oil pump kit and timing and water pump kit into my b7 blb a4. Since i have done this the car only blows look warm air into the car. I have since replaced the thermostat today and its still doing it. Can anyone please advise me on...
Take the spare wheel out then you will see 2 10mm nuts undo them then pull up on the black plastic panel that runs across the boot opening. Then as said pull hard on the side panel as it is clipped in. Its not that bad to do..
this is mine i run 235/35/19 with no rubbing. This was took just after they where fitted and the suspension was not settled. I'm ruuning 9.5" at the front and 10.5" rears
I am removing my turbo on my blb b7. I have removed the exhaust,oil feed,inter cooler and the 3 nuts to the manifold but the turbo is still solid to the car am i missing something? Any advice would be great thanks stuart
No mate its never went into limp mode. its pretty flat to about 3k then goes. i pulled the air box out and it sounds like the fins in the turbo but im scared that it could be the oil pump. There is a slight bit of movement in the fins but i dont know
I have a 05 blb engine d a4 i think my turbo is away. it sounds like the fins on the turbo are rubbing the housing. Would this be right? There is no smoke and only happens when i am driving. I can sit still and rev the life out of it and it make the sound but as soon as you drive you can hear...
It defo works mate. My reg is ky05xuh. Like I said a friend has done it and he said it goes into the 3mm jack on the back of the unit. So I hope it helps you.
mate it's a DVI9990r F1 unit. I have a friend that fitted one to his Astra and he used the 3mm plug at the rear of his and It works fine. So I'm wanting to compete next year so I'm looking into this.
