I bought one of those rubber suction pad tools. Push the rubber suction pad on to the the lenses cover pull the handle to create suction. Bit of wiggling and off comes the lens cover.

I have bought a 57 plate A3 sportback (3 door) 2.0 tdi 170 s-line s tronic which i pick up Thursday. I am new to this forum and would like to know if a 3 door would have had to be a special order back in 2007 as most are 5 door and i have not seen another 3 door. Please excuse my ignorance.
