Are they a straight fit and any idea best place to source them?

Yep same problem here too... Would like to know which arms i can buy to chage from the cr*p B6 ones? From what i've read so far are people saying the Passat areo wiper arms are a straight fit to the B6?

Your most probably looking in the best places....You could try the Trader, or better still buy one of the ones you've seen and change the wheels ;)

The one at the bottom of the steering column. For my car i was told that you cant buy the bit/joint at the bottom of column seperately, you have to have a whole new steering column. Another money maker from Audi.....

I had mine changed a while ago, from memory:think: you need 2 types of oil, one for gear box and another for rear diff. I went with OEM when i had it done. I remeber it wasn't cheap for the oil either.....

But dont let it put you off.....I've been running a K&N induction kit for over 2.5 years and not had to change my MAF once. As Siena said though, people can only give you advice and you make up your own mind :icon_thumright:

No question is stupid if you dont know the answer....chapter 3 verse 1....lol... Mines mounted with a metal plate/hanger that bolts to the body of the car. If you look at the front of my filter towards the wing you'll see a couple switches/connectors that used to sit on top of my OEM filter ...

Nice one mate, yes the wheels are reps, i got them off ebay about 3 years ago and they are holding up well....I've got a slight scuff on 1 and a couple stone chips on the others, so not too bad at all for how long i've been rolling on them.:icon_thumright:

Yep your right about cloggin up the MAF, only if you OVER oil your filter though. Not had to change one in over 2.5 years so far(touch wood)....Gotta agree with you on the sound, it's wicked.....:arco:

I've ran this filter for over 2.5 years without problem, wether i go slow,stop or put my foot down it's been excellent in all weather and temps not noticed any draw backs from temps getting too high.......I agree, the noise is top though.....It's the K&N 57i induction kit...... It would be...

Definately 30mm. Thats what coilovers come as standard out the box. Then if you want to adjust them you can go as low as you like up to 60-70mm i think?..... My cars only on a drop kerb so no major lean/tilt or nothing to make it look lower. It looks as it is when it's on a perfectly flat...
