I'm interested in your grille. I have the standard s-line '07 grille ... pic of my car below:
Drop me a PM if it's what you're looking for.
I don't suppose you want to get rid of that splitter as well do you? :)
Thanks,
Scott
Hi. I hadn't seen this thread before. Very interesting read and some great work you've done on the car there. Just out of interest, did you ever get it on the rolling road to find out what power it was making?
Excellent job mate! My favourite has to be the third shot down on the new shots (the head-on shot), really gritty and I love the wide, narrow crop. Inspired me to go and try Photomatix now!!
Hi Jonny, the car's looking good. I love the combination of red car, black grille. Is that the Audi grille or the FK one? I also really like the look of the K&N. Not seen that one before. How are you finding it for noise?
Hi Nadine. Great minds think alike!! I like your site, there's some great shots on there.
Are you a photographer full-time? I just wondered if you had any useful tips for someone just starting out or on how to expand your portfolio?
Thanks,
Scott
Great photos Nick. Love the shallow depth of field with the 50mm prime. Is that the f/1.8? I use one of those quite often .. very handy lens.
The motion shot is cool as well. Was it taken from another moving car?
I got an iPhone a couple of months ago, after looking long and hard (and also thinking the iPhone couldn't be as good as everyone who had one kept telling me it was) ... but it is that good. I love it and it makes sense being a Mac user at home. As with everything Apple it just works well and...
Thanks, I will give GoDaddy a look. I got the "zoomworksphotography.com" name as part of the package with Photium for my main websitem although I am liking the look of the Wix templates much more.
I've also never been a big landscape photographer ... except when I'm on holiday and have the...
Useful thread, thanks guys. Akash, I see from your sig that you are due to fit a HPFP soon. Let us know how that goes and what differences you see with the new map.
Great, glad it helped! Send me a link to your site when you've finished it, as I'd be interested to see it.
How did you find GoDaddy for the domain name? Looking online there are so many places to purchase domain names it gets a bit much!
Thanks for the offer Gryphon ... might try and find some local volunteers first though! At the moment photography is only a part-time business for me so it doesn't matter if it takes a while to get going, I just enjoy it!
It's not easy to get people to give up a couple of hours to pose for photos that you want to use on the web! I'm working on friends and family though to spread the word (or pose themselves!)
Thanks.
Thanks. I'm not a big fan of the standard selection of music you get but you can upload your own so I will work on that this week to see if I can find something better!
Hi guys,
I've talked on here before about Photium, the website provider I use for my main event photography website. I have recently decided to venture into portrait photography and wanted a completely separate website and after much trawling through Google, I found a site called...
Hi Nick, good to see you back and hope things are going well. I guess you've finished running the car in now then?!
I think like many other people I've looked at this issue as well, especially living close to AmD as well.
Pete, thanks for the helpful summary. It seems to be the case that...
Pics are looking good. Would be interested to see some shots from the next wedding you do.
Give Photium a look for your website. Their websites are cheap to run, easy to set up and have loads of useful options including all your e-commerce functions that are linked through Paypal and work...
