You will blow thru the E3's if your chipped/flashed. Iridiums gapped down to .028 are awesome too. The BKR7E's from NGK are a copper plug one range colder but only last 5k are decent ones as well. I like my iridiums gapped down with my N249 bypass mod, super smooth and excellent throttle...

I want to try the "J" version vs. the "H" version as well. ECS Tuning has the valve for less than $100. Eventually I will have one installed. I'm sure yours will have a different version, but not sure. Have you called the dealer just to get the existing version?
