Master cylinder is inside the car under the clutch pedal, but you will need to get to the bulk head under the bonnet to release the inlet and outlet for the clutch fluid. If i'm wrong! i'm sure someone will put me right.. Its always worth trying to bleed first, that does'nt cost you anything.

Right! Car this morning would not go into gear!!!!!! When you put your foot flat to the floor it engages just before the pedal touches the floor, but not enough to open up the clutch to engage it in gear. Also the squeaking is annoying loud, and deffinatly comes from under the clutch pedal...

I had the same problem. I found my keys were to thin, so bent when i pushed them in. Bought some more from ebay and after a bit of fiddling for 15 minutes it came out.
