    i don't know if i should say this but am going to:p. i had to raise the back of my bonnet to clear sum pipe's which i think also helps with the heat . i just got some longer bolts and a couple of thick washers. BUT I AM NOT A BOY RACER:sadlike:

    sorry whelly i mean welly, i think if you move fast enough the heat cann't stay they long enough to melt anything. my flange is ok so the doctor say's lol. But if can help in any way just let us know whaley

    A3 Quattro same KO3s as 2wd?

    am not 100% sure but i think on the fwd cars the downpipe goes straight down from the turbo and on quattro's they come out off the side to clear the trans box.

    the head flange was fine but i did have to skim the turbo flange. gops this is my engine bay not whelly's had it all in stalled for abit now
