Hi all, my 2002 S3 xenon lights flick on then go out each time i turn them on.
If i flick them on and off maybe 10 times they will stay on. Maybe one comes on then another 2flicks and then both.
Ive put a new ballast on one side a few weeks back and still the same.
Any ideas?
I went 2 years ago. Did 15 laps in my stage2 with pirelli rosso road tyres. Ok on road crap on track.
Paying for lap at 25euros and 15euros of fuel per lap. 40euros a pop. Best time of 8:10
Hi all, im looking to replace my concert stereo in my 2002 s3. Just wondered if my std fitment amp and sub will still work as im unsure which wiring harness to use. Will it be a plug and play with just a eg. Sony headunit, loom from sony to audi and then all existing speakers and amp and sub...
The time taken to drive your car into the garage, put it up on the ramp, do the jobs and get it out is going to be more than 3hours. That is a good price. The front shocks need to come off to change the mounts.
Im going back to std airbox with foam filter. The noise this s2000 filter makes is horrible. On low revs apply throttle and it sounds like a 1.0 corsa with a cone filter on. Deep throaty and goes nowhere untill boost comes in.
It is 12"squared larger than the panel filter though and its only £9...
Ok bill will log them tomorrow and see.
car pulls very well and doubt its making 230bhp. Is it more likely that my air flow sensor is playing up?
spose getting it on the rollers for a true reading is the best idea
Only on regular unleaded as shell had run out of v-power last night. Would that make "much" difference?
with these mods what airflow reading should i expect?
Logged my airflow using a snapon solus pro to get a rough idea on power.
seeing 187gs on full throttle 3rd gear. Am i right to guess it equates to 260hp?
Also logged 2490 mbar of boost which equates to 2.4 bar boost pressure?!?!?

Nice write up. Just a few questions though. I was planning to heatwrap/ceramic coat my v3 manifold but advised not to as the heat from the manifold will transfer straight to the turbo and will raise the temp picked up by the EGT sensor and effect the map and cut power???
I also test fitted a...
Mine exactly the same mate. I took mine apart again to double check again and it was fine. I even wrapped the downpipe in heat wrap to try and stop the raspy noise but its still there. Sooooo annoying.
