Earlier today i changed my standard springs to eibach sportline while on the passenger side the drivershaft came off, so took the CV joint off re-greased and set back into place just hoping i havent made a mess of it anyway I finished the job their is no...

Im just looking abit of advice as i know the fronts would be ok but its the rears im not 100% on
5x112
8" fronts ET 45 with 215/40 tyres
9" rears ET35 with 215/40 tyres
The Centre Bore is also 57.1 on them
As title says everything on the driver sides door seems to have died no lights coming on when opening or its even being showing as having an open door
could this all still be the microswitch in the door anyway of cleaning or doing anything before i have to remove the doorcard etc not looking...
looking at getting at set of bbs lm's 18x9 wheels for the car what would these be like any rubbing etc any advice would be appreciated
i know would look stupidly high until lowered but anything else i should look out for:ninja:

havent really liked anything but the A3 Is just a fantastic car has everything atm i want 140bhp is good enuf for me with poss remap and 50+ mpg (H)...
i have been viewing few 04+ 2.0 TDI a3 and went to see one last night it had the engine management light on the dash that the fella told me he has recently done the brakes and the cable wasnt either connected or connected wrong
could this be true or would this be more of a problem

As above i have been on look out for a 2003-2005 a3 tdi and came across a car locally , i had always seen black ,grey , silver and fav was the blue but there is something about the yellow i like but still not 100%
has anyone got one and added BBS , lowered etc want to see if they look good once...
