    Help - P3103 V157 - Motor Intake Manifold Flap - EGR Valve...How do i solve?

You can fit the EGR valve yourself like many other people on here have, nobodys ever mentioned of adapting the new EGR to your ECU because it doesn't need doing. Again, leaving the problem isn't without it's problems.

    Help - P3103 V157 - Motor Intake Manifold Flap - EGR Valve...How do i solve?

The worst case scenario is that the flap in the IMF can turn 90 degrees so effectively almost shutting off the turbos pressured supply of air to the inlet manifold, if your building up excessive pressure behind the turbo it'll just basically cause premature wear on the turbine shaft and...

Did they replace the blown fuse after changing the IMF? If that's still blown your engine management light will still be coming on.

    HELP! Coolant Issue!

Personally, I'd get the Rad replaced with fresh coolant as has been recommended by so many people an see how you go from there. If you're still getting problems then think about getting the head pressure tested and possibly making arrangements to sell it on.

    Lumpy diesel idle

I too have a lump idle on my 2.0TDI A3. But the engine management light is on with fault codes 19557, 19558 and 17075, which I assume as you haven't said anything about engine management light, yours is not on? Anyway, my lumpy idle is caused by jammed throttle body because of soot build up as...

    A3 tdi 2.0ltr 54 plate helpppppp

http://www.audi-sport.net/vb/showthread.php?p=784969 Have a look in this thread, regarding the 19558 and 17075. I'd imagine you've got the same problem where the Inlet Manifold Flap is jammed open because of broken teeth in the mechanism. I definitely wouldn't of changed that fuse to a 15amp...
