My aircon doesn't seem very cold at all. I guess I need mine regassed as well. I've been told that there is a place near me that will do it for £35 which seems too cheap going by the prices that are mentioned here.

That picture is of the one that is on my TDI. I've checked ebay for you and there are a couple for sale at the moment, they only ship to the UK though. It's always worth emailing the seller, they will usually change their mind if you ask nicely.

There's no smoke at all. I don't know what the air mass meter is I'm affraid. I think I will have to buy a haynes manual. Maybe it is because I'm used to a quicker car, it feels fine with normal driving it was just this hill that made it seem not very powerfull.
