Basically under light revs eg 1/2k revs on the spot, there is a ticking noise that comes on when I rev. I've got a video below. Any ideas?

Basically was told my car struggles to get up to temp. It sits around 78 degrees but will get Upto 86 on hotter days. The mapper said could be temp sensor, or thermostat. Where are these location and how hard are they to replace? It's a s3 cdl engine. Cheers
