    Like hitting a brick wall........

Mine did similar things. Turned out i'd split a hose on the hot side of the turbo right where it was clamped onto the rc valve. My MAF also was playing up. I'd go to over take then all of a sudden power loss and nothing apart from having to brake then pull back in behing them and be quite...

    4WD System not working

Although dubbed "quattro", the S3 uses a different "on-demand" four-wheel drive system[1]. The Haldex Traction coupling adjusts the bias of torque distribution from the front to rear axle as grip requirements change - most of the time it operates as a front-wheel drive...

    Turbo Timer

All s3's have a electric pump which keeps the coolant pumping around the car for a while after the engine is switched off. Described on some Audi spec websites as Turbo timer. Put your ear to the front left of your car (Bumper) after you have switched the car off you will hear the pump. The Ko4...

    4WD System not working

The S3 runs front wheel drive then when you loose grip and your Front wheels spin the rear will kick in. Ratio of 70-30. If you set off gently and apply the power slowly on ice you shouldn't really get wheel spin. If you want permanent 4wd swap Haldex for a TT one 60-40 permanently.
