Personally, I just had the dealer do a really basic oil change for the stamp, then had the rest done independently. FASH maintained at a fraction of the cost.
edit: my old 8L S3, not my 8P. She gets the full Audi treatment at the mo.

edit: Can you put the port in the glove box instead of next to the handbrake? I'd rather have the port out of view and run the wire out of the glove box as needed.
If you want to chuck some money about and make it look smooth, talk to a bodyshop about smoothing the bump strips off the side of the car. Also the s-line badges on the wings (where indicators are on earlier models) need to go. Perhaps consider upgrading the radio to an RNS-E variant.

AdBlue, despite the name, isn't blue - it's clear. It's also a separate liquid added to a different tank. It's used in the exhaust system, shouldn't go near the engine bit.
Doesn't look like there's any chassis damage at least. A few days in a body shop and it'll be right as rain.

Remaps can provide extra power and torque low down for normal driving too. Most also help eliminate flat spots (there's a fairly notorious one around 4krpm, if memory serves).
Good thing they're pretty easy to pop out and replace. Just chuck the standard ones in a little polybag to keep them clean and put them in the boot (plenty of cubbys under the floormat). Come MOT day just wang them all back in for the day. Sorted. Only bulbs that are especially difficult to...
