I have tried a different motor and that hasn't solved it. Its either a relay (if there is one for the rear wiper?), The second motor is also dodgey or the cable? Unless anyone knows of any other solutions?

Tried that. I couldnt find what i was looking for. There is plenty on replacing the wiper motor and fuses but nothing on diagnosing faults or which relay for the wipers
