No it wont. S3 bumper is made from aone peace, A3 from two. The A3 lower gril is actuly a lower part of the bumper.

I have a problem with s3 bumper. I had to modifie s3 rails but the bumper stil doesent fit properly. I dont know what to do. Can you take a picture of a gap betvin the bumper and the side of the car?
