Mines just started slipping at under 80k with a remap. Lots of hard driving though.

Then you'd have 3 tyres with 4mm on and 1 with 7. Thats worse than having 2 on the same axle a bit out isn't it?

If all your tyres had 4mm left on them and you got a un-repairable puncture on one, would you then replace all 4?

How long is a piece of string? Which A3 with which engine? I'd expect most modern cars to exceed 200k tbh.

Well it's up to you obviously but I think it's just a waste of money. Worst case scenario............car is hard to start.

Loads of modern Diesels throw glow-plug faults, mine did when I first had the car, it started fine and there is nothing wrong with it, since I had the fault cleared it's not come back. Infact mine was cylinder 3 aswell. If it starts fine then I wouldn't worry.

I found the headlights no darker what so ever, infact they looked a little more 'whiter' maybe thats just me though. My MOT's due in a couple of weeks so i'll see when it goes in. Took about a week to get here.
