    Window Wipers bent due to snow

    Hi How do you move them. I've removed the black cap covering the 16MM nut and then removed the 16MM nut. Now do I just move the wiper arm up/down or does it need pulling off because its got a toothed edge ? I can see what to do here. Many Thanks :wacko:
