Stig414 You were spot on with your theory. Took the car to a local guy who found a corroded wire in the loom where it comes into the car. Not sure how this can happen in a dry environment but its amazing to have them working again.

Apparently if you do not have parking assist steering , then parking sensors are connected directly to the onboard supply control module (J519). That must explain it. I'd best find a local auto electrician to remove bumper and check wiring. Not pleasant driving a bus this big with no rear...

Very strange. Definitely cant see it in there anywhere. Fronts still work so there must be one somewhere. I did take a video but cant seem to be able to upload it.

Looked everywhere in there and can’t see it. Having done a bit of research I think it was combined into the comfort control module on the 2015 facelift. Whatever that is. The only box in the fuse area is a parking brake module.

Thanks Stig414 I've traced it into the car and into a plug but it then goes off into a loom that runs toward the front of the car. Not sure if i read somewhere that the module is combined with another module on 2015 and later. Or might it be behind the carpet forward of the fusebox panel ?

My A4 avant with standard concert audio seems to lack a bit of crispness and I'm convinced there are no tweeters in the door grilles. Does anybody know if tweeters can be fitted and if it would make a difference?

UPDATE Ive just had a wheel off and you are indeed correct. The wheels (although sold to me as et45) are actually et56. On closer inspection they are rather close to the suspension & shocker due to their pushed in location. Unsure whether to sell on and get the right ones or get some spacers and...

Since upgrading the wheels on my A4 Avant they seem to appear slighty recessed within the wheel arch. Having observed other similar cars their wheels seem to be more flush with the outer wheel arch giving a better, more aggressive appearance. My Wheels are 17" 5 Spoke RS6 Style, Offset et45...

They are the 5 spoke RS6 Style Original Audi wheels @ £200.00 inc nearly new tyres. I must admit i havent seen 15's on a car for quite some time myself. Thanks very much indeed for your help. I notice the tyres are 225 whereas some A4's wear 235's but i can live with that. Cheers Karl.

Many thanks for the swift response. The offset of the new/a3 wheels is 45, is this ok ? Unfortunately 18's are a bit over budget for me at the moment, however im sure these 17's will transform it from the 15" poverty spec ones i have at the moment. (as long as they fit) Cheers Karl.
