paul that makes sense because everynow and again the screen in the instrument cluster says a door is open when its not to sort that for a short time i just have to open the drivers door then close it again so i presume it will be the drivers switch
well as of now it seems to have fixed itself which makes it very difficult to track the problem and i need to sort it as the car is for sale dont want to sell a car with a problem lol
nah all fuses present and correct it was the first thing i checked but ive just been snoping round to see if i could see wot it could be and as the interior light flashes theres a clicking that sounds like a relay anyone had a knackered relay cause a problem like this before?
as title really its got me stumped just wondering if its at all a common problem happened bout an hour ago right after i washed the car so ive got a feeling somethings got wet but i have no idea what!
any help would be much appreciated
thank you!
cheers mate dont know how i missed that thread i spent ages the other day looking through all the threads that had out to do with the centre console lol
yea i know mines a face lift i was just replying to prawn as he said 8l's never came with them could the cup holder from a facelift model not be retrofitted to the pre facelift?
well as the title says the flap that is just above the ashtray in the centre console wont close on my car i was hoping someone could tell me how to remove it to try sort it or even better how to fix it in place!
anyone else had the same problem?
any help would be much appreciated.
thanks
in my experience when the brake light switch goes it throws the esp and abs lights on it did with mine anyways i know thats not really guna help but just thinking it might not be the brake light switch
8l's do come with a cup holder mine does atleast, just above the radio on the left didnt work wen i first got it but a bit of aggression with a credit card soon got it unstuck lol made me love the car soo much more since its worked :D
