If i was you i`d change the oil line that feeds the turbo, this is a very small bore pipe that blocks up easily, If you`ve had the sludge issue then this pipe wont be far from blocking up to. When its blocked as mine did its bye bye turbo....And if you change the turbo like i did without...

Is there an ignition control module on this engine, on my B5 a few years ago my misfires were caused by a faulty IGM, housed near the air box i think...Google Audi Ignition control module, for images and you`ll see what it looks like...

There are 12 oil refineries in the uk, all your petrol comes from the refinery nearest you. I'm afraid tesco, asda sainburys do not make fuel. I live in the north west and all fuel comes from the shell stanlow refinery. The fuel at the bp garages and esso garages all come from shell stanlow...

just use a screw driver to pry the plastic bulb holder down and change the bulb.. easy..

Mine are Audi ones and there moulded into the door casing, there part of the door trim, they just pull up not down onto some clips...I take it they were an option then, allways thought they all had them...

I paid 380 for a recon turbo and fitted it myself using a guide off the net!!
