    Headlight washer nozzle replacement

Picked up the new part today, and after examining the old and new parts, concluded that replacing the entire unit was the best course of action. There is a separation point where the final section of the washer jet pushes into the main body, held in place by two barbed tabs, but even pressing...

    Headlight washer nozzle replacement

Hello everyone. My 2009 TT's nearside headlight washer nozzle has gone AWOL, and so has failed its MOT. The missing part is the nozzle head itself, which is about the size of your little finger tip. I've ordered the replacement parts from Audi (nozzle and seal, £60 inc. VAT), and will fit them...

Please can I have a refund for these sidelight bulbs? It's 5 weeks since I originally paid for them, and the replacements were meant to be with me a week ago.

Hello. I had a brainfart. Left the Jiffy bag unsealed on Monday night so I'd remember to drop a note in before sealing it up, but posted the bulbs back to you on Tuesday (franked from Bristol) without a note in to explain who I was or why I was returning them! Hopefully you received them okay...

I have single xenon headlights. I re-fitted the headlight once I realised I had the wrong bulbs, but after a quick Google it would appear I need H6W bulbs. Sorry, I didn't even think to double-check before making my order. I can return them on Tuesday if you give me an address. Are you able to...

Sorry to have to ask another question (I'm not necessarily expecting a reply over the Bank Holiday weekend), but the LED sidelight bulbs appear to be a mismatch. The original bulbs have two bumps on the outside of the body and need to be pushed into the housing - compressing a sprung contact in...

They turned up today as promised, thank you. I wasn't expecting to find a bulb attached to each new lead - are these supposed to stay fitted, so they illuminate inside the boot lid? No heat issues associated with this?

Only just came back on here now, but have now sent payment. Am I right to assume that the wiring is simply connected up to the car connector posted up through the bulb holder hole and then connected up to the bulb holder?

Hi Trups. I'm looking to replace the sidelight bulbs on my 2009 TT with OEM-look white LED bulbs, and would like to go for OEM LED number plate bulbs and plug and play adapter wiring to suit. Unsure if LED sidelight bulbs are doable without errors, so hopefully you can shed some light on that...

Hello Andy, I think you switched on my Leaving Home/Coming Home lights on my A3 in Chard some years ago. I live near Burnham On Sea now, and have a TT I'll be fitting Cruise Control to. Would you be up for enabling it for me once I've fitted it, hopefully this month some time? Money can change...

Clutch keeps changing biting point and not smooth anymore

Of all the threads I've tried to track down across the internet, relating to this problem, none of them have ended with conclusive feedback or write-ups from the OPs. Has anyone had this same problem, and then definitively solved it?

Clutch keeps changing biting point and not smooth anymore

I'm experiencing this precise problem - usually made worse by colder weather. Sometimes get a worryingly low biting point, on the verge of having no clutch disengagement for the first 3 or 4 minutes of driving. Did you investigate and solve this problem Patrick?

    Tailgaters

I did about 40 miles on the motorway the other day. Cruise control set at 75mph, I approached a 2011 Mercedes estate in the middle lane (inside lane clear for over half a mile) which must've been doing about 73mph. I indicated and moved into the outside lane, still on the cruise control, and he...

    Tailgaters

I used to have to use mine a lot for the first part of my old commute: 10 miles of two-way, national speed limit main road. It was ALWAYS solid, at 40mph. You know the drill...everyone driving bumper to bumper, braking every two seconds, then accelerating, and then braking again. Leave your...
