Had the same problem with my wifes A2 when she was expecting. If there is no key switch to deactivate the passenger air bag, you need either Audi to do it or maybe someone with VAGCOM system to electronically deactivate it. We left it on and have baby seats etc in rear seats. Hope that helps Mark
