been a busy boy getting the car ready for inters cars now lowered i custom made a rs3 style grill and had these aftermarket drls fitted im really happy with the results

thank you mate so does anyone know where I can get an rs3 "look" grill to fit an 2008 s3 bumper?

Has anyone on here put an oem s3 grill on an a3 and was it a straight fit

any info on where to buy and how much?

I've been looking at the same one that you have but on the description it says not for s3's so I just thought IDE check before buying :-) cheers lads

I'm not looking for an oem one:-) I just want to know if the a3 grill is the same size and shape as the s3 one?

Don't think you'll be seeing the gt28 8L anymore as iv broke it for parts but I will be there in my 8p 3.2 v6 s3 rep but there will be at least 2 8l s3's there as its the comrades of vag monthly meet we're there every month! :-)

There's a set of aftermarket drls that are very similar to the 2009 facelift lights that I'm gonna dismantle repaint and rebuild its a gamble cos it might look gash but I'm willing to give it a go if they don't look good ill bin them!!

Yeah Definatly I'm thinking springs over coilies to keep some comfort as it is my daily and I have to put the kids in the back too:-)

little update had Nigel (NHN) round on sunday and he rewired my RNS-E for me absolute cowboys fitted the system previous and im happy to have had the pleasure of nigel wave his magic wand over my system including fitting a new GPS module and is now running perfectly!! i would definatly recommend...

Nah they're too common i picked up the s5 winter wheels for £300 delivered with brand new tyres! you lot will just have to wait and see what wheels ill be putting on but it won't be anything you've seen before! ;-)

theyll do for now (winter wheels!) will be putting something special on for the show season
