Can anyone help direct me to where I could get a wiring diagram for the harness to the rear lights? Also, where is the bulb checking unit?

All of the other lights are working ok, I was beginning to think it might be a wiring fault. I think further investigation is needed, once it stops raining I'll go out and give it another going over! I've only had the car a few weeks, so I'd presume they've been faulty since I got it.

Just tried changing the fuse and its still the same. Any other ideas?

Well, having filled up yesterday I worked out I'm getting 35.5 MPG which is about 10% less than the DIS reading. However, last night I changed the wheels going from the OEM 16's to 8x18's & 225/40x18 tyres. Do you think this is going affect the fuel consumption?

Thanks for the feedback. I'm getting close to the end of my first tank, the MPG thats coming up seems to be a lot better than I'd of imagined. I'll be able to confirm it when I fill it up.
