Hi all,
Im on the lookout for a new door for my A3 and have found this, but am unsure of the colour (as is te seller):
audi a3 2002 n/s/f door | eBay
Any ideas?
Cheers
Well I got sorted!
I couldn't get the bolt out with anything lol so I drilled into the hole with the sheered bolt about an inch, it took forever. Then I got some thread the same size as the bolt, and welded it into the hole. I did it as hot as I could to fuse the metal too. Ground it all back...
Thanks for the reply.
Its snapped in the chassis itself and its flush so I can't get hold of it with mould grips.
Think it needs heating up and drilling
So I went to change my do gone bushes for the red TDI powerflex versions.
Turns out one on the horizontal bolts that go into the chassis has snapped and I didn't know. I've tried to get it out but its flush, even the removal taps wouldn't bite into the bolt.
I've reinstalled the dogbone with...
Im in the thread now 16Klappe, Im searching to find info on what to do for the N75 and DV if the FMIC pipework doesnt have it.
Im also thinking of a massive SMIC instead hahaha
Do you have the link to the thread mate? I have used the search function.
Ive just emailed the seller to see if he can take pics of the pipework as some of the "budget" kits dont come with a take off for the N75 and DV.
Hmmmmmm
Cracking, cheers for the help. Looks a decent bit of kit for less than £100, just wanted to make sure it would be ok.
Is there any way you can get them to fir without losing the grills and foglights?
Hi
I've found a front mount intercooler in my price range eventually.
The intercooler is 2" (i assume thats how thick it is)according to the advert. Will this be of for my AUM that will eventually be around 250bhp?
Cheers
ust disconnected it and went for a drive and it was ok, no engine lights and the engine was just as smooth. I disconnected it just above the FPR where the rubber hose goes over the hard pipe. The hard pipe is obviously sucking when the engine is on but there is no difference when you cover it...
Just reading a thread on deleting the N249 and have come across this pic. It shows the pipe I am having a problem with behind the FPR still going to the TIP even though the delete is being done:
I am seriously getting confused now hahaha
Cool, I will disconnect it and see what its like on idle. Like you say if it runs differently when blocked I will have to either keep it blocked or keep it connected somehow with the new TIP
