I have a 2000 plate 19TDi and the timing belt runs over the water pump. I was advised to change my pump when I had the belt changed last year.

I will have to take some first! only one I got is when it was covered in snow from a few weeks back!

What is every bodys opinion on 10K boost spray? good? bad? will it/could it wreak my engine or cat? Would it help with the dreaded sticking turbo vanes?

Got over to Truro Audi today, the bloke I needed to see turned out to be a very helpful young lady! photos taken of paint bubbles to be emailed to Audi. Fingers crossed

Just had a look at my A3 TDi, Bubbles on gutters and bottom of doors. Phoned Truro Audi, bloke I need to see doesn't work weekends. Great its gonna be two weeks before i can get over there in the week.

James I dunno about prices of spares, but if you decide not to do the work yourself, I know an independent garage in Redruth, not too far from Truro. The guy used to be the service manager at audi dealer in truro

I work with a guy that used to work at a fuel depo (the one that blew up). Apparently the fuel stock is all the same, the supermarkets just add the minimum legal required detergents to the fuel whereas esso, shell etc add the performance enchancing addatives as well. so you should get better...
