I picked up some 321mm callipers from an A6 on ebay a few weeks back. Just in the process of refurbing them. They're the same callipers as the 345mm S4 ones, but on a smaller carrier.

Just spotted this thread, and thought I'd add my 2p's worth ;) I've owned my 2.0 (143CR) Exeo Sport Saloon for just under 2 years now. Bought it as a pre-registered car from the local Seat dealer, when they were looking to refresh the cars they had in the show-room. I picked it up, with 24miles...

I've got the 143CR in my Exeo (saloon), and can regularly get >600miles out of a tank on a good motorway run. The most I've had is 695miles on a run from Derby down to Paris. On the daily commute I get on average 44-46mpg, but can get 54mpg on a long run, sitting at about 80mph on manual...

Just a note to say that this thread was started back in 2008, and resurected last week by a the guy in post #13, with quite a random comment/ramble !!!

They're not the best dealer in the world, but thought I'd give them the opportunity first, as I bought the car through them. Might see about dropping it in to the other dealer, nearer home, and see what they can find (if anything).

It's a metallic grinding, only on full right-hand lock. Normal driving and left-hand lock are Ok. The dealer has said that they can hear it, but can't locate it!

Hi mate, Did you ever find out the part number for the panel you're missing from the above pic? Looks like the Exeo's also come without that panel (as well as all the others!) ;) Cheers, Andy

Does anyone know the part number for the cover that goes over the ECU, on the left hand end of the scuttle-panel? In this pic, it's the one in the top left-hand corner, with the silver sticker on it....

Hi guys, I've got this exact problem with my Exeo (B7 Chassis). Noticed it initially on full right-hand lock when reversing on to my drive, but also now noticing it on full left-hand lock when pulling off my drive. I've only done ~5,000 miles, so I don't see how it can be a tyre wear related...

Just spent 5mins finding out all of the Part Numbers needed: 1) 8E281944701C (main scuttle area cover) £12.22 + vat 2) 8E2819422A01C (small cover that attaches to above one, to cover battery) £4.99 +vat 3) 8E0103927D01C (RS4 cover, that covers the right hand side of the engine bay) £12 + vat)...

I've just thought exactly the same for my Exeo ;)

It's the RS4 rear ARB you want mate ;) and don't forget the heated Passat 'fan' washer jets... :D
