Hi guys, Just thought i'd let you know that the lumpy idle has been fixed on my car, took it to IVC - the specialists in Leeds and it turned out to be the valve timing was out. Jobs a goodun!!

Would that not trigger the engine management light and show a fault on the diagnostics software? there are no signs of a faults, just the irratic idleing when cold also you see the rev counter fluctuations as it happens. Thanks
