Update. The lower ball joint was rotating in the strut, and had worn the strut so the pinch is now not tight enough to keep the lower ball joint fixed.... New hub it is then! Thanks for your help.

Yeah I try to avoid seating him in the drivers seat. He has problems seeing over the steering wheel when he id operating the accelerator !

Hi All, I cannot seem to activate the rear door child locks. I have turned the key in the hole on the door shut and it doesn't seem to make any difference. it is the same on both sides.... Does anyone know why this isn't working, or what I am not doing... Cheers

Yep Definitely works for MMI High...but not for basic plus. I have also tried it many times then gave up !

Wow, that looks like you had fun ! I had a similar problem with water ingress form the doors on my seat leon, and that resulted in a stripdown like yours ! It sounds like something loose in the air vent ducting..... and moves when you go around roundabouts. Could you email me a hi res version...

Hi, my Avant has developed a rattle from drivers footwell, just infront of the seat. There seems to be a void there, does any one know what resides in there .... ? What is the easiest way of getting to it... do I really need to take the front seat out ? Thanks For your help in advance.

Yeah, All fuses in the boot are permanent live, Anyone else got any thoughts... perhaps in the front fusebox ?

Hi, I now have my SOT cable, Does anyone know where there is a ignition switched power supply in the rear of the A6 ? It will save me allot of time trying to find one if someone else already has . Many Thanks
