As above - its happened twice before but was replaced under warranty - my car is now out of warranty and i need to replace the front doughnut prop bush. After contacting Audi they have stated that you cant buy the front bush seperate and you have to purchase the whole propshaft...

Am i the only one who turns my ESP off as soon as i get in the car? I find it intrusive and at times actually quite dangerous.... the way it backs the power off is soooo rough.
I actually find the car a bit smoother and more snappy with it off - so its off all the time now!

Hello people, hope ur all well.
My 08 S3 has developed a knocking sound from the engine bay when you pullaway from a standstill or if your in neutral and rev it.
About 2 seconds after you rev the engine it knocks once and only once. It does this if your stationary with the car in neutral...
The above says it all really....he was really friendly - he was smiling and waving to me and the mrs. We were ragging it down the M40 for around 10 minutes - he pretended to come off at the northolt slip road east bound and shot back on to the m40 at the last second.

I love them! fitted 3mm spacers all round, thats it! I Know she needs a clean....use it for work, drive 40+miles a day...gonna giv it a wash n take some proper shots soon.:happy:

Was thinking about carrying out a facelift conversion on my car but im thinking do it using rs3 parts rather that just the normal facelift parts..
What are peoples views on this? will it just be the grill that is different or other changes too? any advice would be greatly recieved...
Here are the results. Got in done today. 274 - 310! cant moan at that! No other Mods at all allthough i wil be fitting a forge twintake soon so once thats on and the map settles down i reckon it will be up to around 330/335BHP at least..NICE! I can actually hear the turbo now...

So after i picked uo my car from west london Audi after its 3rd service (32,000miles now) it had developed a misfire when you give it some beans, like full throttle above 4.5rpm.....

what a difference....
Before re-map the car was producing 170bhp (down 10bhp from standard for some reason).
Now producing 215bhp...:yes: :happy: :happy: well happy....everthing else is standard, car is 2000 a3 quattro with a Ko3 not a K03S turbo.
The re-map i decided to go for in the end...
