Hi Again, Just been out to start the car,took about 20 + turns ,before it would fire up,hot & sunny,therefore weather not a problem.When it did start,clouds of smoke,and terrible smell of burnt off diesel. any ideas??? rgds Steve

Hi All, A bit frustrated..losing water from somewhere,I have had new expansion tank cap,new thermostat & housing,water pump & timing belt..a new housing at the back of engine which showed staining of possible leak..Still it is losing water,cannot see any leaks anywhere cost so far over...

Just been into another local fitter,seems the pressure in the cooling system is excessive,causing the water to escape from the expansion tank relief valve when left after a run.Fitter suggests the water pump isn't pumping properly around whole system,therefore a new water pump to be fitted.So...
