This was done to my vehicle which stopped the groan to some extent. I was still told that the cause was the rack and that it would need a new one, when Audi had finished testing them. I rejected the car as I have said before and got a full refund. Cheers Mark

Just thought I would update those who are suffering the same problem. Today I have received a full and unconditional refund from my Audi Dealer as a result of my fault. No arguments or fuss just a cheque waiting for me when I took the car in this morning. What do I buy now ?? Cheers MS
