    It maybe the speed sensor on the gearbox, this can cause it to go into limp mode. They may have not connected it properly when they did the box. maz.

    Arrgh... Its not the fact of the bolts mate. Its not the cost of making one either... Its the labour and the amount of time it takes to custom build it. It is 3" would be so much easier if it was a smaller bore! Anyway thats the explanation, im sure pipewerx agree. Maz.

    Its not the length that does it... its the time taken and the setup. 3" pipework from turbo inc. the flexipipe section also the clearance of propshaft and lowering of subframe and alignment. Its a pig of a JOB!! I have one on mine custom built where i work. MIJ Performance. Its around...

    Cool read up, here i am Maz from MIJ. Anyway horror stories... i can tell you a few, the best 1 is when the customer thinks he is an exhaust specialist and 'thinks' he knows what he is talking about and what he wants, even after our advice theirs no changing his mind as he's read up somewhere...

    Help ! clutch pedal is dead...

    Sorted it, had it stripped down yesterday and fitted the plastic clip and had the pedal welded as Audi did not have 1 in stock. Just 1 thing... Where does the BLACK plastic thing go???

    any seat ibiza cupra experts on here

    Check the ECU, i've just had water in mine and it turned over but wouldnt start. As the ibiza 1 is located under the scuttle (wiper panel) check it out. Mine sorted now, i didnt have much water in there but i had little limescale of some sort clogging the circuits. Hope this helps...

    Just been told i need new ECU

    I've managed to sort it, i opened up the ECU and found water particles, i cleaned and wiped it and sprayed electrical cleaner on it and wiped it carefully, each circuit etc. Cured the BEAST!! :):rockwoot:

    Does anyone have any ideas what it may be? i'm opening the ECU up later to take a look inside for any moisture. Can i just take the ECU to the dealers or have i got to recover my car into the dealers to get the whole immobiliser issue etc. sorted. ???
