Your right about the details i was a bit dissapointed how they put it over because it wasnt how i wanted it. Its up to them what they do with the information though and they did say that their legal team must look at the footage before it goes live

Sorry to hear that. Dont give up and keep appliying the pressure! I have and things are starting to turn in my favour. Doesnt matter wether the car is second hand you still have rights because the car should be free of any defects especially serious ones.

I took the car to a body shop this morning. The guy had a quick look at the car then test drove it. He then looked underneath, he said there were no obvious signs of accident damage, none that he could see anyway but he was more concerned with the engine.
