I have got a guy (cousins mate) coming down on sat with another sort of vag com he will find out the problem and try fix it on the day, if this fails then i will contact Dean Hill. Jambo do you know how much he roughly charges per hour? so i have some sort of idea. cheers

been through a set of cheap £20 bosch super 4 the metal sorted of bended like rubber under the s3's pressure. At the moment my car is running the hgk spark plugs from audi main dealer £50 they set me back. I checked them today they seem fine...

injector coils is this not the same thing as coil packs?

I might try doing the TBA and the TB how long will this take? My engine gets really hot is all s3's like this? Wires round the coil packs are fine. No hissing at all. Need to wait till Saturday to get her checked out on my mates computer...might need to drive down there hope i dont cause any...

Car was running fine except the odd jerk in the idle also noticed the smoke out the tail pipe looked a bit cloudy but don't think its a head gasket problem that wouldn't cause jerking... 5 miles later the car started jerking/misfiring again, sounded like the cogs in the gear box were all out of...

Changed all 4 coil packs with new ones from adui car seems to be running fine for now... the idling ain't as perfect as before, sounds a bit lumpy but thank god its not misfiring.

Got a feeling it might be coil packs 2 and 3 as the petrol ain't igniting properly therefor the dust and liquid. I am based in North London if anyone can help.

just checked the spark plugs 1st one was fine, 2nd one had black dust on it which i wiped off, 3rd one had oil/petrol which i also cleaned and the 4th one was fine. Is this natural?
