I've always been a bit of a brand Whore
I get a new car about every 3 years or so but the love for my R33 Skyline has endured. It has always been my special car for weekends.
In the last few years as my daily driver I've had 2002 WRX,2004 supercharged V35 Skyline, 2007 A3 SB and a 2010 VW R36...
Anyone know the secret to removing the front parklights?
I've read the book and know how but my fingers need to be an inch longer and be double jointed.
After trying to force my fingers in there , cutting myself and bleeding all over the engine bay I gave up.
Glad I don't have to work on these...
Yes grille doesn't fit but where there's a will there's a way:icon_thumright:
There will be a 10mm gap at the bottom but the only time anyone will notice is by lying on the ground or being run over.
It looks like it is intentional that way so looks fine
Very interesting Thanks
I have installed Neuspeed lower springs and rear swaybar on my A3 but still feel it is a bit of a lead tipped arrow.
Was considering camber adjustment so after reading this that may be my next step.
Did you notice much of a difference after the camber change?
Try to find out if OSIR parts fit.
They have something similar
Have it on my 07 and it looks great

I have 'XZILLR8" on my GTR Skyline
Naff maybe
Haven't decided on one for the A3
PP's aren't that expensive here and are only a oneoff payment that you can sell later for a profit.
Thinking about Euro Custom Plus plate (AUDI003 is available)

My most fun Car I've owned is a Nissan Skyline...which one?...I've had them all but still couldn't part with my GTR which is my weekender or when I'm in a hurry :)
This car I sold for the A3 as we needed a 4/5 door. Still miss it as I'd fitted a supercharger to it

Love your work
You ever in Australia please give me a call:)
One thing that annoys me with the A3 are the door window rubbers.
They seem to dry out and end up with spots and patches on them.
Car is an 07 yet the rubbers look terrible already.
Zaino Tyre Gloss seems to work OK but they...
Have you considered OSIR?http://homepage.mac.com/risowu/OSIR/TT_HEADLIGHT_HOME.html
I have some of it but not the skirts.
Can vouch for the good quality though
Top is OK but the clips don't line up down the sides and bottom. Found a couple of existing screws that hold the lower section
Was going to use long numberplate screws to help hold it but doesn't seem necessary.
Was easy on the Aussie model
Yes it's an S3 grille
S-line was not available in Australia when I bought my A3 couple of months ago. So my car is a stock 2.0T Sportback.
The grille needed work to fit and there is a 10mm gap between grille and bumper at the bottom but it looks good and isn't noticable unless you're about to be...
