This guy wasn't afraid of frying his clutch, giving it ~5-6000rpm launches off the line - fair play!! Not sure what times he was getting.....

you're not kidding - should think there was a 20mph headwind the majority of the time, was blowing a gale down at the Pod today.. got ****** burnt to a crisp though saying that, the sun was still strong despite not showing much of the day!!

Japper, sounds to me as though it's the security settings in Excel that's preventing you from opening the Excel file, not settings from IE.
Instructions for Excel 2002 (aka XP) are as follows (although I'm sure earlier/later versions are similar)

Try creating a new email message, then rather than maximising it, drag the corners of the message out so that it fills the screen, or there abouts. Close the message down and then create a new one, it should have remembered the last size it opened up as and be as near to full screen as poss...
