they say around here you need a recirculating valve, you can get ones that still make the vent noise. I've got a regular blow off valve on mine though, and it works perfectly (GFB hybrid).

looks like lots of show without that much usability :D though im sure u could wind the boost up on that and get 7-800+, that 630bhp car would be faster around a track.

Ive got a GFB BOV that can be set to 100% atmo to 10% (or full recirc), seems to work well. if you want it to sound like your bonnet just exploded 100% does it, but the car thinks it's overheating and can go into limp mode lol. I run mine on 10%, while i push to full boost it gives me a little...

my company could fix that, but yes you would notice that side is newer looking :P i'm sure there'd be many places in the uk u could get it done if u can get a new seat off ebay or something though, do that imo.

have had it on a Fuch's synthetic for a year or so now, haven't had any issues. oils oil untill something goes wrong haha, though being in Northern Australia cold starts are not an issue.

a good mate of mine has a 2.2 astra, my 1.8t chipped a4 eats it alive... you sure that wasn't a turbo 2.0 astra?

i think in the manual audi claims 8.2 secs but that's conservative :)

does the rear squat when you launch it? :P if you've put on bigger wheels it might be bottoming out

um, bit confusing tbh.. has a singular exhaust - but that's probably aftermarket (the 1.8t's have a twin yeh?), the wheel looks like a facelifted wheel & the dash is definately a facelifted dash. 99 isn't completely unbelievable, just has some ugly mods? looks like it has the older door handles...

love the stealthy look, i want it :) don't care if it loses like 5% of its maximum airflow to remain looking normal, looks tough and properly engineered. :D plus u can always take the front bumper off if you go down the strip...

right, so the 97 onward thing is just remapping? i've got to find somewhere that'll solder in a chip?

ehe, might seem newb but i also have no idea if im DBW or not :| pre-facelift b5. wonder, reading some places in aussie (ie: APR) wont chip a 1.8T audi motor pre-facelift... in 97 did all a4's get an ecu upgrade or something? :(

i like it :D and i want one, but... that looks like a preface lift front bumper (like mine) and it stands out alot :p. without any other exterior mods on the car (like mine) it'd look tacky :(. guess i could paint it black.
