I thought that the first time, but it happened again later and it was done by itself for sure.

I got into my car this morning and to my horror I saw that the passenger's window was wide open. First I thought that I left it by mistake the evening but it happened againg 2 times this morning!!! Has anyone any ideas why the electic window is opening itself??? This is happening around 1 to 2hr...

The MAF is the same (I had a look yesterday in the engine to check things and I remember that) the location is a bit different but it is on top of the air filter.

Thanks for that. I'll have a go to disconnect it and see how it goes. Anyone has any ideas about how much a new MAF costs? Cheers

Just managed to sort it out by having the key in the ignition and locking unlocking the doors from the inside.:salute:

I am doing around 200 miles within city limits, but with very conservative driving (96 2.6 Quattro). I think that my millage is an indication of something going wrong as well... Can you tell me where excatly the MAF is located in order to have a go as well? Cheers
