Hi :) Was just flicking through this thread for info on the 170. Anyway, I had a similar problem to the 'transit' noise some of you have heard on another vehicle. As I recall, it was a faulty crank sensor randomly throwing out the pump timing. I presume this was messing with the 'pilot...
