Thanks for ya help, did find a few on eBay, but after further investigation, it appears if i remove my current boot spoiler, there would be two screw holes in the lid, and the centre part appears to be 'glued' to the actual lid. (no screws are used in this centre part) I am now thinking it...

Brilliant - thanks for the feedback, great help. I'll get on eBay and do a search for one then. I bought my Audi and it came with a boot spoiler with intergrated light, though it looks too big and a lil' 'chavy' :+) A lip spoiler would be perfect.

I'll try that action to see if it makes any difference. I have no idea if the central locking was an option extra on new, or whether the previous owner/s got it installed after. There is only one key, which is black, has one centralised button on one side and 'Audi' written on the other side...

I believe my batteries went in my remote control key ring, (its the older type with the single button in the middle to open/close the locks). I replaced the four batteries inside, though this doesnt appear to have resolved the issue. Is there anything I should be doing or looking out for to get...

I am after a lip spoiler for my Audi A4 96'. I heard that the M3 or M5 (cant remember which) has them and would fit on the Audi A4. Is this correct and does anyone know where I can acquire without without spending more than the cars worth? thanks in advance.

Just a couple questions. I have a A4 1.8TS with a boot spoiler with integrated break light. Are the RS4 alloys you now have on your Audi A4 original? The reason I ask is cus I tried to fit a set of 18" RS4 alloys on my Audi A4 1.8 TS, but the PCD on the Audi is 112, the PCD on the RS4 alloys is 100 - hence they didn't fit.
