Do you know where I can get the circlip from?

Just put some 17" Alloys on my 98 A3. Look a lot better, but now they have exposed the dull calipers and discs with rust spots on them. Have decided to paint the calipers and sand the discs. My car is Ming blue wanted a colour to match, think red is a bit flashy for an A3. Can anyone advise...

Gets worse, engine coolant is low (probably leaking) and found loads of deposits in the oil filler cap. Going back to the garage on Monday morning, fearing the worst but hope that my warrenty covers it. Also noticed a creaking sound from the front of the car when I set off. Any ideas?
