I have SKC/PIN, but not the date on which the SKC/PIN was generated by the dealer or the Workshop Code. (WSC) or the Importer number of the dealer that generated the code. How do I go about getting these?

Can someone please clarify. I have a 2.5TDi A6 2003 (UK model). I have the original 7 digit SKC ( comprised of one letter and 6 numbers) on the plastic whatsit from when the car was originally delivered (not to me though). Do I need any more information to code a new key and remote to the car...
