My avant (AVJ) has covered 80k miles and the dreaded oil warning lamp came on just as i was going to Autosport lastweek!!!! Nursed it home - no noises or anything, but thats deffo a case of oil sludge and needs to be worked on. I took the view that the pump and pick up will need to be changed...

You always need to check for DTCs after a remap. Its something I do all the time, without doing this - optimum power can be affected and will not achieve the potential of the new map! Reset - roadtest and recheck :)

If you are in Manchester - go to Awesome!!! Ebay maps/software etc really aren't worth the hassle. Awesome are more than well equipped to deal with your car.

lol no, not mine. it is a standard silver 1.8T avant at the moment.... will be getting 19s however. I have them already - Oettinger 19" RZs... Have the KW coilovers too and some other nice bits to go on :)
